Abstract

Gone are the days when HR took decisions on the basis of gut instinct alone. Today, every organization is tapping into the power of HR Analytics for gaining deeper insights on workforce engagement, their trends and performance.
HR analytics is commonly referred to as workforce or people analytics. It leverages data-driven insights for optimizing the workforce strategies. HR leaders may use datadriven tactics to better estimate talent needs, increase retention, and build a more inclusive workplace culture. This research study investigates the growing importance of HR analytics in shaping modern workforce strategy. Organizations can obtain important insights into their human capital by implementing data analytic methodologies, resulting in better decision-making across multiple HR functions. This study investigates the role of HR analytics in modern business environments, including its primary benefits, problems, and future trends. This study is a step towards investigating the uses of HR analytics in areas like as employee retention, talent acquisition, training and development and performance management. It also examines the problems and ethical issues associated with the implementation of datadriven HR strategies, as well as future trends in the industry. The study concludes with how data-driven decision-making leads to corporate success and workforce optimization.
